Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Phishnoo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Phishnoo provides:

• Security awareness training
• Phishing simulations
• Threat reporting tools
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or its features
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use phishing simulations outside of the Phishnoo platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, training materials, and software on the Phishnoo platform are the property of Phishnoo Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment

Subscription fees are as agreed in your service contract. Prices may change with 30 days written notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Phishnoo Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rotterdam.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
